MAJ(AAC) Azmothe-Stephen's cadet career, beginning at age 15, exemplifies a journey of leadership, resilience, and unwavering commitment to the Australian Army Cadets. Rising through the ranks to Staff Sergeant at the 224 Army Cadet Unit, his achievements include the esteemed Adventure Training Award and participation in the Regimental Sergeant Major drill competition. Today, as a Major, he continues his legacy, serving as an integral member of the National Training Team and as Adjutant to 224 ACU. His return to the AAC embodies a deep-rooted dedication to mentoring the next generation, shaping future leaders with the same values and discipline that have guided his remarkable journey.
